"Nudge" (termo da língua inglesa que, em tradução livre, significa "empurrão")

"Um Nudge, como usaremos o termo, é qualquer aspecto da arquitetura de escolha que altere o comportamento das pessoas de uma maneira previsível, sem proibir nenhuma opção ou alterar significativamente seus incentivos econômicos. Para contar como um simples empurrão (Nudge), a intervenção deve ser fácil e barata de evitar. Nudges não são mandatos. Colocar a fruta ao nível dos olhos conta como um empurãozinho. Banir junk food não."

To count as a mere nudge, the intervention must be easy and cheap to avoid. Nudges are not mandates. Putting the fruit at eye level counts as a nudge. Banning junk food does not."
