Esparguete à carbonara
Esparguete à carbonara
Ingredientes
300g de esparguete
200g de fiambre ou bacon aos cubinhos
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 dente de alho picado
4 ovos
1 pacote de natas
sal q.b
pimenta p.b
queijo parmesão ralado e azeitonas
Preparação:
Numa frigideira ou WOOK, refogue com 2 colheres de sopa de azeita e um dente de alho picado.
Quando estiver dourado, junte bacon/fiambre, deixe cozinhar 5 minutos.
Junte as natas aos ovos e depois junte ao resto e deixe ferver.
Junte o esparguete cozinhado e bem escorrido à frigideira ou WOOK. Envolva bem.
No fim polvilhe com o queijo parmesão e azeitonas.
Tempere a gosto com sal e pimenta.
