Recentemente li um artigo sobre porque a memória do telemóvel enche tão rapidamente 😅

Apps como Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok e Spotify devoram espaço "em silêncio" com cache e downloads acumulados.

Isso é algo que eu sei há imenso tempo, mas como mãe de uma "Aborrescente", achei por bem transmitir-lhe estas boas práticas que partilho também convosco.

💡 As MINHAS dicas rápidas:

• Limpar cache das apps regularmente 🧹

• WhatsApp, acede no PC por cabo e mantém só o que interessa 🎯

• Backup físico de fotos e vídeos em casa 💾

Com um pouco de manutenção mensal, o telemóvel "respira" sem stress.

Phone storage full? It's not just the gallery!

I recently read an article about why phone storage fills up so quickly. Apps like Gmail, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Spotify devour space "silently" with accumulated cache and downloads.

This is something I've known for a long time, but as the mother of a "teenager", I thought it was a good idea to pass these best practices on to her, and I'm sharing them with you too.

MY quick tips:

• Clear app cache regularly.

• For WhatsApp, access it on your PC via cable and keep only what matters.

• Make physical backups of photos and videos at home.

With a bit of monthly maintenance, your phone can "breathe" without the stress.

DIÁRIO De Volta ao Blog - Back to the Blog DIARY

Estive longe deste espaço durante algum tempo. O rude golpe de ter perdido o meu Facebook e o meu Instagram pessoais — num ataque informático que, embora bem identificado, me roubou anos de partilhas e milhares de seguidores — tirou-me a motivação de escrever no blog e nas redes sociais. 

Ver o trabalho de uma vida digital desaparecer assim, sem conseguir recuperar, desmotivou-me completamente deste cantinho onde partilhava os meus pequenos prazeres, de viagens a restaurantes.

Mas o blogue é diferente. Este é o meu espaço, o meu porto seguro, onde as regras são minhas e onde o conteúdo não depende de algoritmos ou ataques externos. Decidi que não podia deixar que essa má experiência ditasse o fim da minha escrita. 

Estou de volta, com a mesma essência de sempre, mas com uma vontade renovada de dar voz ao que realmente importa.

Este é o regresso da LopesCa. Sem pressas, mas com propósito.

I have been away from this space for some time. The harsh blow of losing my personal Facebook and Instagram accounts — in a cyberattack that, although clearly identified, robbed me of years of shares and thousands of followers — took away my motivation. Seeing a lifetime of digital work disappear like that, completely discouraged me from this little corner where I shared my small pleasures, from travels to restaurants.

But the blog is different. This is my space, my safe harbor, where the rules are mine and where the content does not depend on algorithms or external attacks. I decided that I could not let that bad experience dictate the end of my writing. I am back, with the same essence as always, but with a renewed desire to give a voice to what really matters.

This is the return of LopesCa. Without haste, but with purpose.
