RECEITA Iceberg Freudiano
Após muita pesquisa o meu doce :)
Batem-se as claras em castelo e quando estiverem bem firmes juntam-se 50 g de açúcar, continuando a bater até se obter um preparado bem espesso e seco.
Deitam-se dentro colheradas do preparado de claras e açúcar.
Colocam-se no forno morno não muito forte durante 15 minutos até aloirarem.
Juntar molho a gosto.
Molho Iceberg
Leve ao lume 3dl de curaçao com
1 dl de água até ficar bem quente.
Retire do lume, deixe-as de molho até o líquido arrefecer.
Bata 4 gemas com 150 g de açúcar Icing até obter um creme fofo e esbranquiçado.
Deite o molho numa taça e sirva.

Bem deu me para isto e o meu kido apoia-me, logo na verdade fomos os dois ao evento e jantar.
